"COOL LINKS"
At East Tremont Avenue, near Third Avenue, facing south, in 1915, the Walter Building
housed the Northern Bank of New York's Tremont Branch and a United Cigar store. Upstairs were the offices of the
Reliable Insurance Company and of Theodore F. Thopmson, architect. Employees of the insurance company can be seen
